Ms. Prezioso joined Piper Jaffray in April of 2012 as Senior Vice President and Manager of the West Virginia Public Finance office. She retired from Piper Jaffray in July 2016.    She was employed with Raymond James as a Director and Manager from June of 2008 to April of 2012.  From 1991 to 2008, Ms. Prezioso was employed at Ferris, Baker Watts as an investment banker.  From August through December 1990 she worked as State Campaign Director for the re-election of United States Senator John D. Rockefeller IV.  From 1984 to 1990, she worked for Young Moore and Company and Wheat First Securities as a public finance investment banker.  From 1977 to 1984, Ms. Prezioso served in various positions in West Virginia State Government including Deputy Commissioner for Finance and Administration, Executive Director for the Municipal Bond Commission, and Senior Investment Officer and Acting Director of Investments for the State.  Ms. Prezioso also taught part time courses at Fairmont State College and at West Virginia College of Graduate Studies.  She currently serves on the Board of Commissioners for the Charleston-Kanawha Housing Authority and is on the Rural Rehabilitation Loan Committee for the West Virginia Department of Agriculture.  She holds a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from West Virginia University.  She also holds the Series 7, Series 52 , Series 53 and Series 63 securities registrations.
